Liberating Love: Living Beyond Labels and the Courage To Be Fully Human with Katherine Croston of @loveliberates.you | 10

In this episode of the Frequency MA Podcast, Katherine of @loveliberates.you opens up about choosing presence over perfection, falling deeply in love with herself, her family, and her home. She shares her transformative journey of motherhood, authenticity, and deep-rooted connection to self and the land. Katherine, a mother of two, multi-passionate in the fullness of her being, shares how raising her daughters is leading her on a journey to ReWild herself—letting go of ideals and connecting to her authentic, untamed essence. Her story of creating a home within herself first has been an essential key to navigating life’s transitions, from moving her family back to her ancestral home in Panama and stepping away from the constant call of social media. Through candid reflections, Katherine speaks on the power of ReWilding—freeing herself from societal expectations and the ‘closets’ we often keep hidden, stepping instead into the liberation that comes with self-acceptance. She reminds us that the greatest gift we can give to those around us, especially our children, is to embody our truest selves with compassion and courage. Katherine’s reflections on loving deeply, embracing change, and finding beauty in both the simplicity and complexity of being human in a soothing balm to the parts of ourselves that are really calling for a bestie you can laugh, cry, and make something good with all in the same season. This episode is a call to slow down, listen to our own hearts, and celebrate the authentic life waiting to unfold. Let’s love and honor the parts of ourselves waiting to be freed, because when we pause, our body’s natural instincts give us the medicine and the permission to be exactly as we are in truth.

Katherine is a dedicated mother of two girls, wife and friend with a rich background in yoga, wellness, and hospitality. As an entrepreneur, she is passionate about creating a sense of home—both internally and physically—through movement, food and sensory experiences. Currently located back to her home country of Panama, Katherine continues developing her own Junglaow business while deepening her connection to the land and cherishing her family, which she considers her greatest treasure.
